Firstly I will ask you to complete a consultation form and complete a food diary to enable me to see your eating habits and triggers and the reasons why you believe you struggle with your weight. This will allow me to tailor a program especially for you.
We will deal with underlying, unconscious emotional factors that cause you to overeat or make poor food choices when you are stressed, anxious, bored, depressed, and so forth. Once these emotional eating factors are made conscious, the hypnosis tool is then used to help you change them to more positive motivators so you can make better choices. Hypnosis, is simply a state of deep relaxation, where your mind becomes very open to positive suggestions. Therefore we can make positive suggestions that will make it easy for you to change your old eating habits and stick to your new healthy eating habits and lifestyle.
